Love in Question

Do you really love me?
Because I don't know if I love you.
If I don't know what love is,
how can I love you too?

To me love is forever,
it doesn't just come and go.
I think that I love you,
but truly I don't know.

I want so bad to tell you
the way that I feel,
But for some stupid reason,
I make it a big deal.

If I really love you,
it should be easy for me to say,
Or maybe it should be hard,
for it's hard to know I feel this way.

I know that I like you
with all of my heart.
I've known that all along,
I've known it from the start.

When I see you my eyes light up
and I can't help but smile.
And deep down in my heart
I know we'll be together for a while.

When you are sad I am sad,
when you're happy I am too.
I want us to be forever,
and share a love that's true.

I never get tired
of being by your side.
I trust you with my heart,
in you I can confide.

Still I am not certain
if I love you too.
Do you really love me?
Because I don't know if I love you.
